The Olympia Building sits at the heart of Convoys Wharf. It is Grade II Listed for its special architectural and historic interest.
As the sole surviving historic building on the site, the Olympia building – Plot 07 – has a special role to play in the masterplan linking the future development to the historic function of the site.
The Farrells Masterplan proposal shows at its heart a generous square as the setting for the Olympia Building, with the surrounding plots arranged so that the building can be seen from the River.
Hutchison Property Group (UK) Ltd are committed to bringing the Olympia Building back into active use as the centrepiece of the development. The Outline Planning Permission does not identify an overall use for the Olympia Building, but provides the opportunity for a blend of public uses. We would welcome your ideas and thoughts for possible uses.
